UPDATE: Museum of Science is now ONLY accepting applications from qualified entrants, who have already secured their 2013 Boston Marathon race entry with the B.A.A.

Traveling Programs deliver the Museum of Science experience to more than 100,000 students each year in schools, community centers, and libraries across New England.

In an effort to forge strong connections with organizations in the community and to broaden the reach of our science and technology programs, the Museum of Science provides Traveling Programs on reptiles, rockets, and bridge building to schools and community centers that simply do not have the resources for a field trip to the Museum.

Support raised through the Museum’s Boston Marathon® team has enabled Traveling Programs to purchase new fleet vehicles, a star-lab portable planetarium, and more. Our runners help us fund scholarships for schools across New England and develop exciting new interactive programs for students of all ages.
