MEN'S & WOMEN'S LEADER BOARDS

Age group leaders through two races can be found by selecting the division menu item. Rankings are by total cumulative time.

In 2012, the inaugural year for the B.A.A. Distance Medley, there were 1603 who registered to run the three race series, and 932 finished all three races.  In 2013, 2172 registered for all three races and 1318 achieved the feat.

Runners who register individually for the 5K and 10K and Half Marathon are considered part of the Distance Medley although most Distance Medley runners register for the three race series in January.  Registration for the Half Marathon is on July 16. 1966 - Bobbi Gibb

Although not an official entrant, Roberta “Bobbi” Gibb became the first woman to run the Boston Marathon. Joining the starting field shortly after the gun had been fired, Gibb finished the race in 3:21:40 to place 126th overall. Gibb again claimed the “unofficial” title in 1967 and 1968.
