Saturday Team Workouts

Beginning in July, we will have organized Saturday morning team workouts starting at 8:30 am. The workouts are designed to boost your summer and fall training season whether it’s a fall marathon or half marathon, 5K to 10K road races, or to get ready for the cross country season. Contact Michael McGrane with any questions at mmcgrane@baa.org.
