The Marathon Strides Against MS team raises funds to support the National Multiple Sclerosis Society's movement to create a world free of multiple sclerosis. The Greater New England Chapter provides help for today, and hope for tomorrow for nearly 19,000 individuals and families affected by multiple sclerosis in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont. Eighty-five (85) percent of monies raised by the Chapter help them to address the challenges of each person affected by MS by funding cutting-edge research, driving change through advocacy, facilitating professional education, collaborating with MS organizations around the world, and providing programs and services designed to help people with MS and their families move their lives forward.
