FINANCE AND BUSINESS COORDINATOR

The Boston Athletic Association is seeking a Finance and Business Coordinator to join our team. The Finance and Business Coordinator will support the Director of Finance and Administration, the Business Manager, and the offices of the C.E.O and C.O.O. This individual will be an important member of the B.A.A.’s administrative staff and must believe in the mission and philosophy of the B.A.A. This individual will gain experience working in a dynamic work environment. A successful candidate is able to multi-task, is detail-oriented, works well with a variety of constituents, and is capable of working both independently and as a member of a team. This position’s responsibilities have a broad range; as such, candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm for working both within and outside of the scope of the job description.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in social sciences, communication or related field
  • Two or more years of successful work experience in this or a related field.
  • Strong technological expertise (i.e. Microsoft Office, SmartSheet, Salesforce). 
  • Fluid communication skills whether in person, on the phone, or in writing.
  • Discretion to work with leaders in the running industry.
  • Project management skills are preferred.
