Youth Enrichment Services (YES) is a non-profit organization that has been serving Boston youth since 1968 through outdoor, sports-based, and leadership development programs. The mission of YES is to inspire youth through outdoor experiences and leadership opportunities that build confidence and prepare them to summit life’s challenges. As youth move through YES’s three tiers of programming, they gain new experiences, build confidence and develop leadership skills. The organization serves Boston youth (ages 7-18) with an intentional focus on reaching young people in the neighborhoods of Dorchester, Roxbury, Mattapan, and Jamaica Plain.
