Youth Races at the B.A.A. 10K

Bring the kids along to earn their own unicorn medal! The 2026 B.A.A. 10K will again feature Youth Races for kids up to 12 years old.

EVENT SCHEDULE 

  • 7:45 – 8:30 a.m. — Youth Race Registration, Bib Pick-Up, and Kids Activity Stations open
  • 8:00 a.m. — Start of the B.A.A. 10K
  • 8:30 a.m. — Youth Races begin on Boston Common (loop around Parkman Bandstand)

IMPORTANT NOTES 

  • All participants will receive a bib number and will receive a medal.
  • Events will not be timed, and results will not be recorded.
  • Pre-registration is free and strongly encouraged.
  • All participants registering on race day will need to have a parent or guardian sign a participation waiver.
  • All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult who will remain with them throughout their participation.
  • Race day registration will close promptly at 8:15 a.m. on race morning.
