BOSTON— The Boston Athletic Association (B.A.A.) has announced that the start line of the Boston Marathon will be painted tomorrow, Wednesday, April 13, beginning at 9:00 a.m. ET in Hopkinton (weather permitting). Additionally, the Boston Marathon finish line graphic will be installed on Boylston Street on Friday, April 15, at 8:00 a.m. ET (weather permitting). Members of the media are invited to attend the painting and decal placement. Please note that roads will be open to vehicular traffic.

Distance Medley. A variety of Honda cars, trucks and motorcycles will serve in various capacities to lead nearly 30,000 participants at the front of the Boston Marathon.

The inaugural Boston Marathon Giving Day encourages all athletes and marathon supporters to help raise meaningful funds for the more than 200 non-profit programs affiliated with the 126th Boston Marathon.
