Jerrell Mock and Cole Rockhold join Team B.A.A.

B.A.A. High Performance Team adds pair of NCAA All-Americans

BOSTON – The Boston Athletic Association (B.A.A.) today announced the addition of Jerrell Mock and Cole Rockhold to the B.A.A. High Performance Team. The pair, who both ran for Colorado State University, add depth to the B.A.A.’s roster of middle- and long-distance specialists. Mock and Rockhold will be coached by B.A.A. High Performance Coach Mark Carroll. The B.A.A.’s High Performance team is sponsored by adidas.

The Boston Athletic Association (B.A.A.) has announced Amazon as the official retailer of the Boston Marathon. 

Known around the globe for their customer-first mentality, Amazon will collaborate with the B.A.A. to elevate the Boston Marathon experience for participants, spectators, visitors, and fans leading up to Patriots’ Day and the 124th running of the Boston Marathon on April 20, 2020.

Special Olympics Massachusetts Named Official Fundraising Partner of April's B.A.A. 5K

Special Olympics Massachusetts to field team of fundraisers surrounding the B.A.A. 5K

BOSTON, Mass. – The Boston Athletic Association (B.A.A.) today announced that Special Olympics Massachusetts has been named the Official Fundraising Partner of the B.A.A. 5K. Using the power of sport to bring people together, Special Olympics Massachusetts will feature a fundraising team at next year’s B.A.A. 5K, to be held on Saturday, April 18 – two days prior to the 124th running of the Boston Marathon.

2020 Boston Marathon To Serve As U.S. Paralympic Team Selection Event

Eligible T45/T46 and T11/T12 Para Athletes to compete in Boston for spots on Team USA for the 2020 Paralympic Games 

BOSTON – The Boston Athletic Association and United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC) today announced that the 124th Boston Marathon will serve as the 2020 U.S. Paralympic Team Selection Event for the marathon distance. The top two U.S. men and women across the finish line that meet the U.S. Paralympic Track & Field qualifying standards in select ambulatory classifications will be nominated to the U.S.
